Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this Site or creating a Bankerobay account (“Account”) so that you understand your legal rights and obligations with respect to Bankerobay (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The “Services” we provide or make available include: (a) the Bankerobay website and its related pages; (b) the online services, features, and functionalities made available through the Site; and (c) all related information, products, images, videos, software, and content available on or through the Site (“Content”). Any new features added to or improving the Services will also be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Bankerobay platform provides an online service that allows users (“Buyers” or “Users”) to browse and purchase fish and seafood products offered directly by the Bankerobay Admin (“Seller”). All purchases made on the Site constitute a contract of sale between the Buyer and Bankerobay (as the Seller). Bankerobay is solely responsible for the listing, pricing, fulfillment, and delivery of all products available on the Site. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their purchase information, including shipping details and payment confirmation.

1.3 Before creating an Account or using any part of the Bankerobay Services, you must read, understand, and accept all of the terms and conditions outlined here, as well as our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal data.

1.4 Bankerobay reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its Services at any time without prior notice. Certain new or beta features may be released for testing and may not function as expected. We may also limit or restrict access to some features or sections of the Site at our discretion, including in cases of user misconduct or violation of these Terms.

1.5 Bankerobay reserves the right to refuse access to the Site or to close your Account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. By using Bankerobay or creating an Account, you confirm your full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an Account or making a purchase. The parent or guardian agrees to be responsible for all actions taken under the minor’s Account.

To place orders on Bankerobay, users must create an account with accurate and updated information. You may be required to verify your account through email, SMS, or other methods to confirm your identity and keep your information secure.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all actions taken under your account. If we detect unauthorized, fraudulent, or suspicious activity, we may temporarily suspend or permanently disable your account for safety reasons.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for 30 consecutive days may be automatically deleted or deactivated for security and data management purposes. You can always re-register or contact our support team to restore your account if needed.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

7. Products and Pricing

All products offered on Bankerobay are listed and managed by the Bankerobay Admin. Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure product information, pricing, and photos are accurate, but minor differences may occur due to lighting, packaging, or supplier updates.

8. Orders and Payment

We accept secure payments through supported methods such as GCash, PayMongo, or Cash on Delivery (if available). Before completing your purchase, please double-check your delivery details and contact number. Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

If payment fails or is not completed within the given time, the order will be automatically canceled. Repeated payment issues or fraudulent attempts may lead to account restrictions.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Bankerobay delivers to areas indicated on our delivery map. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and product availability. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible while maintaining product freshness and quality.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or external courier issues.

Your privacy is very important to us. We collect only the necessary details—such as your name, contact number, and delivery address—to process your orders. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
